I first read about him in an advertisement on my Facebook feed. As a not so mobile old man I thought I might need him one day so I kept his information. Sure enough, my telephone (I just have a mobile) and later my internet went unserviceable the same night. I was fortunate in booking an appointment with the Trusted Techie before my internet connection went out. Matthew, the Trusted Techie, promptly fixed both problems within an hour of arriving at my house... he even offered to take off his shoes before entering!! The telephone problem was caused by two scams and the internet problem was caused by a wrong button being pushed on the equipment that feeds me the internet (router?) - I think by my very efficient and wonderful assistance lady.
