Matthew was able to quickly identify my problem and installed my email address on my phone. As well, he cleaned up my phone and made the text larger which allows me to read it easier. He did this in a very professional manner all the while maintaining a pleasant attitude. As an oldie, I appreciate what Matthew has done for me.

Matt came to fix a problem we were having with our wifi network. I had previously had two different people look at it that couldn’t find the issue. But Matt was happy to spend the time to find the solution and we got it back working again.
